Have just received an Ancestry e-mail concerning George Henry Sellers (1865-1914) (their words) and the 1939 Register!
He'd been dead for 25 years by 1939, so how could it possibly be relevant?
Something seriously wrong with the algorithm to come up with that hint
We welcome any query on Who When Where. If you have previously posted it on another forum (including the old WDYTYA forum), please state this in your opening post - this will save people redoing the research which has been done before: they can look at it and possibly go further with it.

Re: Ancestry Hints
Mind you... Slightly playing Devil's Advocate here - what if the death that you have for him is wrong? And the 1939 was the first evidence that you'd actually deceased the wrong George?

Re: Ancestry Hints
There may have been two people with the same name and the 1939 Register usually does not give full names. I find these hints by ancestry rather odd like telling me about information on my father but from some years before he was born!.
