GRO (England & Wales) Digital Images
Re: GRO (England & Wales) Digital Images
Just a little tip. When you access your digital certificate, it is useful to take a screen shot first before printing otherwise you do not get the headings for each column. I know that is not essential but it just looks more like a certificate.
Re: GRO (England & Wales) Digital Images
Thanks for the tip.
For the first time I purchased a dozen digital copies last week, of those 3 were badly digitised so that parts of the data was missing. I complained to the GRO and was promptly given a refund. They couldn't do anything about the quality, so I have had to spend £7 for pdfs. Maybe I was just unlucky but it will be sad if that is the standard of the digitising throughout.
