Indentured labour Family Histories

Post by moragfw »

Hi everyone!

I am a PhD student at the University of London researching the legalities and legacies of South Asian indentured labour in the 19th and 20th centuries.

As part of my research I am hoping to interview people who have a family history of indenture about their family stories. These sessions are very fluid and we can talk about anything you feel is related to indentured labour. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

If you or anyone else you know is interested in taking part please do get in touch! I've attached a poster with further information.

For anyone who takes part as a trained historian I am able to help with your own family history research and contextualisation!

If you have any questions just send me a message or an email.

All the best,

Morag Wright
