With reference to page 10 "The National Archives increase capacity" this is a drop in the ocean, there is just not enough time to look at the records with the 3.30 pm closing time and the number of bulk orders of eight per two-day booking is not enough. You still cannot order documents on site at Kew because of these rules on quarantining (if you buy a magazine in a shop you don't have to wait three days to read it!). In my view I believe TNA do not want to reopen as before and want to stop researchers researching.
